The very first time you log on to Procare your user name is "admin" (no quotes) and your password is also "admin". Then you'll be prompted to select a new password known only to you.  See article: Passwords.

When you first log on to Procare your User Name and Password are the same. If your User Name were abc123 your password would initially be abc123. The first time you log in you will be prompted to select a new password known only to you.
Yes. As long as you know your current user name and your current password you may reset your password at any time. See article: Change Password.

A forgotten password may be reset by anyone in a higher level User Group provided the higher level group is allowed to reset passwords. For example, if you were in a user group called "Teacher", someone in a higher level user group, like "Assistant Director" or  "Director" could reset your password. See article: Reset Password.

Note: Persons in the "System Supervisor"  user group (the highest level) can always reset passwords.

If you are a System Supervisor and forget your own password you may have another person who is also a System Supervisor reset it for you following the steps above under "How do I reset a forgotten password?". If you are the only person at the System Supervisor level you'll need to Call Technical Support during normal business hours for assistance.
No. You can never look up or see anyone's password including your own. However, you can reset a password if it was forgotten. See article: Reset Password.

Yes. You may look up the User Name for anyone in a lower level User Group than yourself. This could be helpful if someone forgot their user name. For example, if you were in the user group "Director" or "Assistant Director", you could look up the user name for someone in a lower group like "Teacher". This assumes the group to which you are assigned is allowed to access the Procare Users screen.
  1. From the Procare Home screen click Configuration >  System > Procare Users.
  2. Locate the name of the person. You may click the name heading to sort alphabetically by last name. The User Name is shown next to the person's Title.
Note: Persons in the "System Supervisor"  user group (the highest level) can view all user names.
