If a recurring batch of payments was submitted by mistake it may be possible to cancel the batch if you notify Tuition Express immediately. This applies both to credit card and ACH batches.

Cancel a Credit Card or ACH Batch

To request a batch cancellation (for a credit card or ACH batch) you must contact Tuition Express at 1 (888) 419-5033 before 3:00pm Pacific Time (6:00pm Eastern) on the day the batch is scheduled to process. We'll help you navigate to a Batch Cancellation screen which will require a unique one time password.

Refund a Credit Card

For a credit card batch that has already been processed you may refund individual transactions within the batch. Please note that ACH batches (direct from checking or savings) cannot be refunded. See: Credit Card Refund.
