What Version are You Using?

The location of your Tuition Express Account Number depends on which version of Procare you have installed.

Version 10 (known as v10)

For version 10 your version number is in the upper right corner of the Procare Home screen.

1. From the main screen of Family Data & Accounting go to Functions > Family Accounting > Process Tuition Express.
2. Your Tuition Express account number appears in the Title Bar (top left).

1. From the Procare Home screen go to Configuration > System > dbl-click Regions & Schools.
2. Click the plus sign (+) next to Region Code to display your different school locations.
3. Click once on the appropriate school to select it, then click the Set Options button.
4. At the School Options screen select Family Accounting (left side). Your Tuition Express account number appears in the lower right.

Version 9

1. For version 9 go to Family Data & Accounting > Functions > Process Tuition Express > Setup.
2. Your Tuition Express account number will appear at the top.
