Tuition Express - Group Limits - Security Settings

Learn how to block User Groups that are not allowed to use Tuition Express.

Tuition Express Security - Group Limits

You must log on as a System Supervisor to perform this task.

From the Procare Home screen go to Configuration > System > User Groups & Limits.
Click once on a Group Name to select it.
Click the Group Limits button.
Tuition Express Limits are located under

Place a check next to the entire category of Tuition Express Functions or an individual item, like 20: Process Tuition Express, to block (prevent) persons in that Group from performing that task.
Click Save > Exit to return to the User Groups screen.
Verify limits on other groups as needed then click Exit again.
