Registration & Log In for Child Care Centers

You must register (once) to establish a user name and password you’ll use each time you log in to TuitionExpress.com.

1. Go to TuitionExpress.com.
2. If you have previously registered enter your User Name and Password then click Log In.
3. If you have not yet registered click the Register Here link (left side) to set up your account:



1. Then enter your Tuition Express ID number.

Hint: The ID number for your center is the same as your Tuition Express Account Number. See: First Time Set Up.

2. Enter your Registration Code. This is the last 4 digits of your bank account number (the account you’re using for Tuition Express deposits).
3. Select a Username and Password. Then Confirm the Password and click Register.

Hint: Forgot your username or password? Just re-register.

4. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the process.

Registration & Log In for Parents & Guardians

Two things are necessary for parents to register at TuitionExpress.com:

1. The parent must complete the authorization form and the center must set up their  Family Account Information in Procare.
2. The center will provide the family with their unique Tuition Express ID number as follows:

Print a list of all parent ID numbers:

1. From the main screen of Family Data & Accounting go to Reports > Standard Reports > Tuition Express > Tuition Express ID.
2. Select the report named Tuition Express ID Report and click Run Report.



Note: the report may be cut in strips for distribution to families.

Find the ID number for just one family:

1. Look Up the family at the main screen of Family Data & Accounting.
2. Click the Tuition Express icon on the account toolbar.



3. The payer’s Tuition Express ID number will appear toward the right side of the screen.

Parent Registration

Parents must register (once) to establish a user name and password they’ll use each time you log in to TuitionExpress.com.

1. Go to TuitionExpress.com.
2. If you have previously registered enter your User Name and Password then click Log In.
3. If you have not yet registered click the Register Here link (left side) to set up your account:



1. Then enter the Tuition Express ID number given to you by your child care provider.
2. Enter your Registration Code. This is either the last 4 digits of the bank account or credit card number (used to make payments) or the 4 digit code you chose with your child care provider.
3. Select a Username and Password. Then Confirm the Password and click Register.

Hint: Forgot your username or password? Just re-register.

4. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the process.
