Support Calls & Voice Mail

When you call Procare Support you'll be asked to leave a message on our voice mail system for a return call. This article explains how the call back system works.

Returning Your Call

Calls are returned in the order received. In most cases calls are returned the same business day, however, due to differences in time zones, and fluctuations in call volume, your return call may be returned the following business day.

When Can We Reach You?

In your message please indicate a good time frame in which to try and reach you, for example after 4:00pm Eastern, or between 10 and 11 am the following day. You may wish to leave both a business telephone number and a personal cell phone number to increase the chances of reaching you.

Phone Tag

If we are unable to reach you we may ask you to call back and mention that we are playing "phone tag". In those cases your return call will be prioritized.
