Version 9.1 Information

Version 9 Support Ended Dec. 31, 2011

After 16 years of service, Procare version 9 reached the end of its life cycle and is no longer supported. Technical Support will not answer questions related to Version 9, although we will help you transition to Procare v10. This information appeared in numerous customer notifications over a 3 year period. Nearly 95% percent of Procare Users have already taken advantage of the new features available by converting to Procare v10.

How do I learn more about Procare v10?

May I continue using version 9?

Yes, however changes in technology, such as new versions of Windows, may not be compatible with version 9.

Can I still register my version 9 software?

Yes. If you install on a new computer, or otherwise need to register Procare version 9, you can still register the software by calling the number on the registration screen.
