Getting There
- For children: From the main screen of Family Data & Accounting click Functions > Attendance Tracker > Check In Issues.
- For staff: From the main screen of Employee Data & Payroll click Functions > Check In Issues.
Review Check In Issues
Persons with a conflict related to their time card will be displayed with a brief explanation of the issues such as "Time would exceed daily maximum". To resolve the issue, so the person may clock in/out again, go to the
Child Time Card or
Employee Time Card and make any necessary adjustment, such as manually entering an appropriate time out.
Once issues have been resolved, you can remove them from the list. Select the item then ckick the Delete button at the bottom of the screen.
