What’s my Password?

• When you first log on your Username and Password are the same. If your username were abc123 your password would initially be abc123.
• The first time you log in, you'll select a new password (known only to you) and choose Security Questions.

Reset Password - Forgot Password

1. Click the Forgot Password link (which appears if your log in attempt fails) and answer your Security Questions. If you forgot the answers or you have an older version that did not have this feature, your supervisor may reset your password. See: Supervisor Reset



2. Once reset, your password will be the same as your username. If your username were abc123, your password would also be abc123. After logging in, you will be prompted to select a new password.

Your Supervisor Can Reset Your Password

Your supervisor may reset your password, that is, anyone in a higher level User Group who has the proper permissions.

1. From the Procare Home screen go to Configuration > System > Procare Users.
2. At the Procare Users screen:
   1. Click once on the name of a person to select them.
   2. Click the Reset Password button. The password will be temporarily reset to match the username. If the username were abc123, the password would also be abc123. After logging in, the person will be prompted to select a new password.

   

System Supervisor - Forgot Password

If you are a System Supervisor and forget your own password and the answers to your security questions, you may:

• Have another person who is also a System Supervisor reset it for you, following the steps above under Reset Password.
• If you are the only person at the System Supervisor level, you'll need to Call Technical Support for assistance.

Change Your Password

You will automatically be prompted to change your password every 90 days. You may also choose to change your password at any time, as long as you know your existing username and password.

1. From the Procare Home screen go to Configuration > User > Change Password.
2. Enter your old (existing) password, then enter (and confirm) your New Password and click Change Password.
