Request a Custom Report
Does Procare offer custom reports? What does it cost?
Yes, in some cases the Procare development team may be able to create custom reports to meet your particular needs. There is a minimum fee of $200. This typically covers minor changes to existing reports. Additional charges may apply depending on complexity. You'll receive an estimate from the development team in advance. We reserve the right to decline a report if time, complexity or other factors make such a request impractical. The best requests are for reports that would appeal to other Procare users.
How do I request a custom report?
To get started fill out the Custom Report Request Form. Let us know what information should be on the report. If there is an existing Procare report that is similar please refer to it by name. You may attach an example of how the report should look.
When will I hear back?
In most cases you'll hear from the Procare Development Team within 2 weeks of your request. If we are able to create your report (some requests may be declined) it could take up to 2 additional weeks for your report to be completed.
I already submitted my request. Who do I contact with questions?
If you haven't heard back within 2 weeks, or have additional questions, please submit your question through the form below (the same form used for your initial request).
Will my report be re-sold or become part of the standard Procare reports?
It might. If the report we build for you has general appeal to other Procare users it may be re-sold "as is" or modified slightly for the broader market. Such reports may be sold individually or added to the standard reports that are included with Procare. The amount charged for re-sale may be different from the amount originally charged to you.
