Using Reports
Meal Tracker Reports work the same as Family Data Reports. See
Family Data Reports for the basics. Below is a brief description of each Meal Tracker report. Most meal tracker reports get their information from meals recorded using the
Daily Meal Tracker (for all children) or
Child Meal Tracker (for individual children).
Daily Record of Meals
Meals Served / Claimed
Shows meals served and/or claimed for each child for the specified dates. Meals claimed are indicated with a solid dot and non-claimed meals with a hollow dot.
Meals Served / Claimed Summary
Summary of meal counts with totals (and reimbursement amounts) for each meal by status level like Free, Reduced and Above Scale.
Meal Count
Age Group / Meal Date
Meal counts by age group. Dbl-click a group for detail by date.
Meal Date / Age Group
Meal counts by date. Dbl-click a date for more detail by age group.
Meal Date / Program Status
Meal counts by date. Dbl-click a date for more detail by status level like Free, Reduced and Above Scale.
Program Status / Meal Date
Meal counts by status level like Free, Reduced and Above Scale. Dbl-click a level for more detail by date.

Daily: 1 Day
Daily meal rollcall sheet sorted by Primary Classroom.
Weekly: 5 Day
Weekly meal rollcall sheet in 5 day format sorted by Primary Classroom.
Weekly: 7 Day
Weekly meal rollcall sheet in 7 day format sorted by Primary Classroom.

Monthly Menu - 5 Days
Menu in monthly (5 day/week) format showing each meal on a separate page.
