Outlook Asks for Permission to Send Email

When sending email through Procare (such as using Email Statements or Email Letters)  you may find that Outlook asks repeatedly for permission to send each individual email. This is a function of Outlook itself and is not controlled by Procare. However, you may choose to install a third party utility, like Advanced Security for Outlook, which allows you to block or approve multiple email requests at once. Please note that use of third party software cannot be supported by Procare.
