There are several ways to charge a registration fee to families:

• You can post an individual registration fee for one family directly to their Account Ledger Card. Just choose a Description like "Registration".
• If the amount varies per family you could use Quick Ledger Posting to quickly move through many families. Be sure to change the Description to something like "Registration".
• If the amount is the same per family use Selected Account Billing to choose a group of families such as all those with children enrolled as of a certain date (a family with 2 children would be charged twice).
• You could set up an Annual Registration Fee charged each month to any families with a child who originally enrolled during that month (their anniversary month).

Use the Batch Change Enrollment feature to change the enrollment status of many children at once - for example from "Summer Break" back to "Enrolled".

Yes. Use the Classroom Graduation Tool to quickly change the Primary Classroom to which children are assigned. You may move a group of children from one class to another and/or make individual changes.

Yes. There are a couple of options:

• You may make a one time change (override) using the Batch Schedule Overrrides tool. This is great for teacher in-service days, or other school out days that affect many children. For example school age children may come before and after school on a typical day (their normal schedule), but on school out days attend the full day (an exception to their schedule).
• If this is a permanent change that affects each week you could change the Schedule Template assigned to a particular group of children.

You can let parents pre-register online using the Online Wait List (know as OWL) or manually assign the children an Enrollment Status like "Wait List" and use the standard Enrollment Reports. You may also create customized waiting lists using Data Viewer. See: Data Viewer Videos
