She loves partnering with early childhood education leaders and working alongside her team to help customers succeed. Outside of work, Cassie enjoys traveling, reading, walking, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her husband, two dogs, and her two children who attend the University of Kansas. A Colorado native, she loves being outdoors and is inspired by the meaningful work ECE professionals do for young learners and families every day.

As a "part-time empty nester" with both children currently away at college, she cherishes the frequent visits when they return home. A passionate music lover, she has a special affinity for bluegrass and live performances. Chelsea's career is defined by a people-first philosophy, which she developed while working in early childhood autism programs and creating youth initiatives at a country club. In her four years at Procare, she has advanced from Account Manager to establishing the Retention team, and now leads the scaled Customer Success organization. Chelsea is dedicated to fostering strong partnerships and delivering practical solutions for her customers' long-term success.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Beth joined Procare in early 2021 as part of the EZCare acquisition. She quickly transitioned into the Procare Support leadership team, advanced to Enterprise Support Manager, and eventually moved into the Principal Customer Success Management role. Before entering the childcare management software field, Beth earned her Master's degree in Elementary and Special Education. In the summer, she enjoys spending time in her garden. Born and raised in Laredo, TX, Zaid earned his degree in Psychology from Texas A&M International University, where he also met his wonderful wife, Brittany. Together, they share their home with three beloved fur babies: Maya, Catniss, and Hermione. Outside of work, Zaid is passionate about exploring new destinations, indulging in great food and immersing himself in music—whether playing it or discovering new tunes. Cameron lives in Denver with his wife and two kids. Before Procare, he worked at Worldpay and later at Merchant Advocate, where he saved clients over $10 million in processing fees. Joining Procare Solutions in August 2025, Ryan uses his expertise to help childcare providers streamline operations and improve efficiency. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Angie, and their dog, Indie. A certified ski instructor, Ryan is often found on the slopes or exploring new destinations.
