# Are Procare Web Apps compatible with all browsers?

Although Procare Web Apps run fine on the vast majority of mobile browsers including: Safari, Firefox for mobile, Chrome for mobile, Dolphin, and the default Android Browser on most newer devices, there can be issues with certain devices and browsers. Devices with known browser issues include, but are not limited to:

| Device with Incompatible Default Browser | Symptoms | Solution |

| Samsung Galaxy S1 | Can’t scroll or screen does not refresh. | Download a compatible browser such as Firefox for mobile or Chrome. |
| First Generation Kindle Fire | Can’t scroll or screen does not refresh. | None. This device does not allow downloading a compatible browser. Please use a different device. |
