# October 2026 Procare Desktop Product Release

## New Features and Enhancements

### Child-Specific Billing

The **Account Ledger** now displays the amount billed for each child. In the **Account Ledger**, payments are noted as **Account**, and manual entries will also default to **Account**. **Applies To** has been added to the billing windows so issues can be resolved if needed.

### Payment Receipts

When a parent pays a bill, a copy of the receipt is emailed to the email on file. Admins can use the **Manage Methods** tool to view the email on file for the receipt and verify that the receipts are being sent by selecting **Send Receipts**.

## Minor Enhancements and Resolved Issues

- Fixed an issue where deposit decline dates did not match the batch date of the deposit.
- Fixed an issue in Pay Recon where users could post a refund multiple times for a payment.
- Fixed an issue where a declined or failed payment could be refunded with a linked refund if true-up had not yet been run, and the payment failure had not yet been confirmed.
- Fixed an issue that prevented MyProcare users from deleting schedules when using the Chrome browser.
- Fixed an error that would occasionally cause the Family Data & Accounting screen to load without information.
- Fixed an issue that allowed users to select alerted accounts via the select all function. Now, accounts with alerts cannot be selected in the batch processing screen.
- The multi-school standard amounts feature no longer allows users to enter hundreds of characters.
- The multi-school standard amounts function will no longer be visible to customers with one center.
