# Combined Corporate Reports

If you have multiple locations (hosted in a single database) you may print certain types of combined or “corporate” reports that include information from all locations.

### Getting There

### Combined / Corporate Reports

The Corporate reports work in the same way as all Procare Reports except they include data from all Regions & School locations, rather than just one location at a time.

On many reports you can drill down for additional detail. This works anywhere you see a magnifying glass and the phrase “Double Click to Expand Section”. For example you might db-click All Regions to get information on a region-by-region basis. Then, dbl-click the name of a region to get details about the school locations in that region. And finally dbl-click on the name of a location to get details about the location.

**Note**: Persons in the System Supervisor User Group may control which Corporate Reports are available and the order in which they appear in the Corporate Report Management section of System Configuration.
