# Allow Third-Party Cookies

When using MyProcare to make a payment, you may encounter the following error message or receive a blank screen (see below). This error can happen if you are currently blocking third-party cookies/cross-site tracking. Third party cookies must be enabled prior to making payments via MyProcare since they are processed via the Tuition Express website.
