A smooth registration and enrollment process helps your team stay organized and ready for the school year ahead. Procare’s tools make it easier for families to complete paperwork and for your staff to manage it efficiently.

## Simplify Enrollment and Re-Registration

MyProcare is a parent portal where new families can register online or be placed on a waitlist.

Current families have access to:

- their child’s schedules
- time cards
- immunizations
- log sheets
- financial history and balance due
- mobile payments (for centers with Tuition Express)
- re-register option

[Set Up MyProcare](https://www.procaresupport.com/procare-desktop/docs/myprocare-overview) and learn how to create a link on your website that new families can use to register.

Use the [**Question Manager**](/procare-desktop/docs/myprocare-webinar-series-1-01#part-2-create-registration-questions-for-new-families) to gather registration information from families specific to your center.
