# Tuition Express - Group Limits - Security Settings

### Tuition Express Security – Group Limits

You must log on as a System Supervisor to perform this task.

1. From the *Procare Home* screen go to *Configuration > System > User Groups & Limits*.
2. Click once on a *Group Name*, like “Director” or “Teacher” to select it.

4. Tuition Express Limits are located under: 20: Family Data & Accounting > 20: Family Accounting Functions > 60: Tuition Express Functions
5. Place a check next to the entire category of Tuition Express Functions or an individual item, like 20: Process Tuition Express, to block (prevent) persons in that Group from performing that task.

1. Click *Save > Exit* to return to the User Groups screen.
2. Verify limits on other groups as needed then click *Exit* again.
