# Daily Sign In-Out of Students by Staff

Quick Sign In/Out for Groups of Students — No PIN Required

Staff can use the **Attendance** feature to quickly sign students in and out without entering PINs. They can simply check off names as students arrive or transfer entire groups to another room with just a few taps.

### Sign In Students:

Select a room from the drop-down menu and apply any desired tag filters. Use the toggle to switch between Signed Out and Signed In views.

**​Optional**: Filter the list using the All Rooms pull down menu. You can filter by Rooms or Tags.

To change how children are displayed:

- Select the grid icon to view names and profile circles in a grid layout.
- Select the list icon (three dots with lines) to display children's full names and profile circles in a vertical list.

Check off the students as they enter the classroom and click **Sign In**.

If you need to adjust the time, room, or staff member click **More** instead of **Sign In** to see those options. ​

### Sign Out Students
