# Edit Your Staff Profile

You can edit your personal information on the website or in the Child care mobile app.

> Note
> 
> To change your **Clock In-Out PIN**, an administrator or staff member with full access permissions can change it in **Staff Management** > **Staff**.

**Procare Online**

1. Click the profile icon (![blank profile icon](https://cdn.document360.io/cbafbd2c-42f8-485b-84e3-f3812fe8a596/Images/Documentation/profile.svg) or your photo).
2. Select your name.
3. You can edit the following fields:

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Profile Photo** | Click ![upload profile photo icon](https://cdn.document360.io/cbafbd2c-42f8-485b-84e3-f3812fe8a596/Images/Documentation/profile-upload.svg) or your existing photo to add or update your photo. |
| **Name** | Enter your first and last name. |
| **Phone Number** | Enter a valid 10-digit cell phone number. Procare uses your phone number to send a notification when text message is used for 2-Step Verification. |

4. Click **Save Changes**.

**Child Care Mobile App**

1. Tap **Menu** ☰.
2. Tap ![child care mobile app edit icon](https://cdn.document360.io/cbafbd2c-42f8-485b-84e3-f3812fe8a596/Images/Documentation/editLightBlueMobile.svg) **Edit Profile**.
3. You can edit the following fields:

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Profile Photo** | Tap your initials or existing photo to add or update your photo. |
| **Mobile Phone** | Enter a valid 10-digit cell phone number. Procare uses your phone number to send a notification when text message is used for 2-Step Verification. |

| **Push Notifications** | Toggle on the in-app notifications you want to receive to your mobile device. |
| **Email Notifications** | Toggle on the notifications you want to receive to your email. |
4. Tap **Save**.
