Certificates

Training completion certificates are available immediately following successful course completion. These are saved to the learner profile for easy access.

How to Access Your Certificates

To view and print official copies of the certificates you've earned, visit your profile and scroll down to the Certificates Earned section. Certificates are also available within the course player upon successful completion.

1. Click My Account in the top right corner
2. Select Profile
3. Scroll down to the Certificates Earned section which displays the total number of certificates you have earned
4. Click the blue trophy PDF icon next to the desired course title to download the certificate

State Submission of Certificates

Procare reports course completions to state registries where required. In states that mandate agency-verified attendance, Procare submits records directly on the learner’s behalf. A registry ID number is required for submission.

If state reporting is not required, a certificate with all necessary details is provided for self-submission.

Individual Transcripts

The transcript offers a detailed record of all courses completed on the platform. This document is valuable for employment verification, tracking professional development, or meeting licensing requirements.

How to View and Download Your Transcript

1. Log in to your account
2. Click Request Transcript from the top menu
3. Scroll down to view your transcript
4. Apply date filters if needed:
   • Past 6 months
   • Past year
   • Past two years
   • All certificates
5. Click Download Transcript
