Corporate Portal Overview

What is the Corporate Portal?

The Corporate Portal allows users to manage the operations and reporting of multiple centers from one portal location. It also empowers corporate admins to efficiently manage tasks such as creating rooms, lesson plans, billing, and newsletter templates, which are seamlessly shared across all schools linked to the corporate account.

Getting to Know the Corporate Portal

• Rooms - Rooms created within the Corporate Portal will display at each center with the 'Corporate Managed' icon. Each center can edit the Status, Max student Capacity and Age Range.
• Tags- Tags created within the Corporate Portal will display at each center with the 'Corporate Managed' icon, but can be deleted by each center.
• Staff - when adding staff from the Corporate Portal, all locations the staff should have access to must be added to their profile under the Schools field.
• Billing - when Billing Plans are created in the Corporate Portal, they will display for each location under the Recurring Plans > Plan Templates screen. The 'Corporate Managed' icon will display; no changes can be made at the center level, and corporate billing plans cannot be deleted.
• Learning - Lessons created within the Corporate Portal will display at each center with the 'Corporate Managed' icon. These lessons can be edited, but cannot be deleted by the centers. Assessments created within the Corporate Portal will display for all centers. These assessments cannot be edited, but new sub domains and milestones can be created.
• Newsletters - Newsletters created within the Corporate Portal will be available for all centers and will display with the 'Corporate Managed' icon. These templates cannot be deleted, but can be edited as needed by each center.
• Documents - Document templates created within the Corporate Portal will display for each center with the 'Corporate Managed' icon. These templates can be edited, but cannot be deleted.
