Corporate Portal - Management Reports

The Procare Online Corporate Portal has a number of reports to help you manage your students, staff, leads and other important information.

Please note: These reports can only be accessed via the Corporate Portal and requires a corporate/group account to be set up.

Corporate FTE

The Corporate FTE report provides a full-time equivalency report for all rooms at all centers.

Corporate Performance

Gain visibility into the financial health of individual locations with our Corporate Performance Report. This report allows you to better understand the performance of individual locations by providing summarized information for amounts invoiced/paid, subsidy amounts invoiced/paid and outstanding balances.

Corporate Billing Plan Tuition Report

The Corporate Billing Plan Tuition Report exports a list of all tuition plans for all children at the selected centers.
