# Staff Profiles

### Edit information for staff and admins.

After [adding your staff](/procare-online/docs/add-edit-or-deactivate-staff-website), you can open up their profiles to include more information, such as a picture, phone number, address, and hire date.

**Note:** You can also [edit staff profiles](/procare-online/docs/add-edit-or-deactivate-staff-website) from the mobile app.

From here, you will be able to:

- Click on the gray profile silhouette to add a photo of the staff member
- Click on the pencil icon next to each line to edit
- Include this staff member's ratio number, which will tie in with our Ratio Monitoring feature
