How the Procare app works for parents

When parents sign in to the Procare app, they will only see information relating to their own child(ren). This includes:

  • The current family balance, with the option to pay online using a credit card or bank account, if enabled
  • The option to view and respond to messages from staff
  • View all daily activity and sign-in/out updates

If you have enabled parents to edit their child's profile under settings*, they will also be able to:

  • Add or remove authorized pickups from their child's list
  • Edit contact information
  • Edit the child's profile information (birthday, allergies, medication, etc.)
  • Add profile pictures for the children, themselves and authorized pick-ups

*This feature applies to Online version only, without Desktop
