# Allow List Firewall Exceptions

In the case of Allow Listed Firewall exceptions, SchoolCare Works will need to access some websites directly.

The following is a list of websites to add to the allow list:

| *.procarepay.com | 443 |
| *.schoolcareworks.com | 443 |
| *s3.amazonaws.com/ | 443 |
| *.auth.us-east-1.amazoncognito.com | 443 |

### Security & Certificate Authority

- Traffic is secured with SSL/TLS certificates issued by GoDaddy or Amazon.
- If your firewall, proxy or devices do not already trust these certificates, connections may fail.
- To resolve missing or untrusted certificates:
  - Download the required **Amazon Root and Intermediate certificates** from [https://www.amazontrust.com/repository/](https://www.amazontrust.com/repository/).
  - Install the certificates into your organization’s Trust Store.
