# April 2026 Release Notes

## New Features & Enhancements

#### Pendo Listen

#### Scheduled Reports Supports SFTP File Delivery

Scheduled report delivery now supports SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) alongside the existing FTP option. SFTP supports end-to-end encryption for all report transfers. Configure an SFTP server as your delivery destination when setting up or editing a scheduled report. [Learn more.](/procare-schoolcare-works/docs/how-to-schedule-a-report)

## Minor Enhancements and Miscellaneous Fixes

- Resolved an issue causing an error when existing families attempted to register while the Driver License State field was set to required.
- The Future Billings Detail Excel report now includes date validation on filters, preventing invalid date entries and reducing export errors.
- The A/R Aging Report has been replaced with a faster, snapshot-based view for improved performance and consistency.
- A new TE Settlement/Allocation Snapshot report is now available, providing a point-in-time view of settlement and allocation data.
- The Allocation import and Reconciliation import now both support .xlsx files, making it easier to upload data directly from Excel.
- Administrators can now view and update the SMTP user where applicable.
