On the Home - Information screen, the square icons display different navigation tiles. Watch this short video to learn about each tile.

Tiles/images Description
image tiles Displays information such as: Pending students, total net revenue, total payments, registration requests. This information is updated in batch format and may not be up to date.
tile 2 Displays the Center, Room and number of students scheduled per day.
image-3 Displays total enrollment for a semester by site and room. Click the magnifying glass to see student details.
image 4 Disiplays student birthdays and staff anniversaries. Staff details will be noted with an icon.
Tile 5 View billing period summaries.
Tile 6 View Pending and Rejected student registration.
image 7 Shortcut for Approvals > Registration where students can be approved/rejected. Displays new family registration.
image 8 Students who have pending personal information changes submitted via the parent portal.
Tile -9 Directs users to the 'Add a New Child' page.
Tile 10 Directs users to the Approvals > Waitlist list. Displays existing child registration from the parent portal or waitlist registration if a room is full.
Tile -11 Displays requests for schedule changes entered via the parent portal. This option must be enabled on the category/room to allow changes.
tile 12 Displays the student/teacher ratios for each room and the totals at the bottom. (To review these details, you must be in the center level, not business level.)
Tile - 13 Displays FTE for the current week.
