Family ID Column Added to A/R Aging Reports
A new Family ID column has been added to the A/R Aging Snapshot and A/R Aging reports. This enhancement helps customers more easily differentiate between families that share the same surname, improving accuracy and clarity when reviewing aging balances.
Refund Screen Enhancements for Surcharged Payments
The refund screen has been enhanced for payments that previously included a surcharge by automatically calculating surcharge fees and displaying key context, such as previously refunded amounts and the maximum refundable amount. This helps reduce manual calculations, minimize refund errors, and makes it faster and easier for staff to confidently process full or partial refunds.
Minor Enhancements and Miscellaneous Fixes
Added Address Line 2 to Family Statements to provide more complete mailing information
Fixed an error that occurred when running the Capacity Enrollment Remaining Report for February 2026
Improved performance when switching between center levels to resolve slow response times
