The Tuition Express Bank Account Activity Report includes daily activity to and from bank accounts for Tuition Express services.

Permissions

To allow staff to access this report, Activity ID 1881 must be set to All Permissions.

Accessing the Report

  • This report can be found under Reports > Financial.
  • Use the Search Criteria as needed:
    • Center
      • Important: When pulling the report, if business and center levels have different Merchant IDs, then filtering by center will show results for that center’s Merchant ID. If business and center levels have the same Merchant ID, then filtering by center will show results for all centers.
    • From Date
    • To Date

  • Comment
    • TE OL = ACH deposit
    • TE POS = Card deposit
    • R## = Returns
    • Line Item Fees = TE processing fees
  • Amount - shown in parentheses if it is a return
