# October 2026 Procare SCW Product Release

## **New Features and Enhancements**

- **Reports**
  - Over the next few months, we are rolling out a feature that reduces long report wait times and improves system stability and performance by running large reports in the background. You can keep working on other tasks while reports run, and you will be notified once results are ready — or if there was a report issue. Completed reports are available for download for five days, after which they must be rerun. A new menu option, **Generated Reports**, will be available in the **Reports** menu.
- **Payments**
  - Dropped payments are handled as a single transaction allowing parents to complete their registration in one attempt rather than having to return and retry.

## Minor Enhancements and Resolved Issues

- **Fixes**
  - Fixed an issue where the Student Schedule Summary Status report did not return data for special session categories.
  - Fixed an issue that prevented users from editing or deleting staff certificates when a staff member had 50 or more certificates.
  - Fixed an issue where the Subsidy report inflated total hours for some centers.
  - Fixed an issue where pictures displayed with the wrong orientation on child, parent, and contact records.
  - Fixed an issue that caused the Student Totals PDF report to fail for some centers.
  - Fixed an issue where the General Ledger Posting report displayed discounts incorrectly when a child had multiple discounts.
  - Fixed an issue where the Room/Program Count report exported scheduled data instead of available data to Excel.
