How to Resolve
If you’re having trouble making a payment, please try the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Update your browser - Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser. If not, update it to the newest version.
- Completely close and restart your browser - Quit your browser and then reopen it before trying again.
- Clear your browser cache - Clear your cache and cookies. See: How to clear cache and cookies in different browsers
- Try a different browser or incognito mode - If restarting and clearing your cache doesn’t help, try opening the page in another browser or in incognito/private browsing mode.
- Check your network or device - If you’re on a work computer or work network, try switching to another network (such as your home Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot) or use a personal device instead.
- Using the mobile app? - If you are making a payment through the mobile app, please ensure you are using the latest version of the InSite Parent app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
