# Sending Newsletters

To help you choose the right method for creating and distributing family newsletters, we've outlined several options below.

### Connect > Communication

Create your newsletter outside of SCW, then upload and send to parents via email from the [Connect > Communication](/procare-schoolcare-works/docs/connect-communication) screen.

### Connect > Announcements

Use the [Announcements](/procare-schoolcare-works/docs/connect-announcements) screen to create your newsletter right in SCW with images, links and more! These announcements/newsletters display for parents upon logging into the Connect Portal.

### Connect > Documents

Newsletters can be uploaded from the [Connect > Documents](/procare-schoolcare-works/docs/connect-documents) screen for parents to view via the [Parent Portal > Communication](/procare-schoolcare-works/docs/parent-portal-communication) screen. **Please Note**: This option is less visible compared to the other two.
