# September 2026 Procare SCW Product Release

## **New Features and Enhancements**

- **Reports**
  - Over the next few months, we are rolling out a feature that reduces long report wait times and improves system stability and performance by running large reports in the background. You can keep working on other tasks while reports run, and you will be notified once results are ready — or if there was a report issue. Completed reports are available for download for five days, after which they must be rerun. A new menu option, **Generated Reports**, will be available in the **Reports** menu.

## Minor Enhancements and Resolved Issues

- **Fixes**
  - Fixed an issue where gender restrictions were not working correctly during registration.
  - Fixed an issue where parent statement emails sent through single sign-on (OAuth) were not going out correctly.
  - Fixed an issue where the **Child Allergy** report was showing inactive contacts.

> 
> In September 2026, the state of Texas adopted new requirements for collecting and submitting child attendance records for subsidized child care. For Procare SCW customers, the child/student checkin-out/out process for this category has been updated.

- The **InSite Checkin app** is updated to meet Texas requirements, capturing:
  - a photo
  - an e-signature and
  - location data

at each child/student's check-in/check-out.
