# Top Teacher Attendance Detail Reports

**Note**: Total fractional hours are found by dividing the number of minutes a child was in attendance by 60. For example, if a child checked in a 2:50 pm and checked out at 6:00 pm, their total actual hours would be 3:10 and their total fractional hours would be 3.16.

This report shows for every teacher with attendance for the specified date range. If a user only enters a From Date, the report will default to show the calendar week that includes that date.

**Report Columns**

- Teacher ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Center
- Job Title
- Attendance Date - MM/DD/YYYY
- Time In - HH:MM AM/PM Time zone
- Time Out	- HH:MM AM/PM Time zone
- Total Hours Actual
- Total Hours Fractional
- Attendance Code
- External System ID
- Create User
- Create Date - MM/DD/YY HH:MM AM/PM
- Change User
- Change Date - MM/DD/YY HH:MM AM/PM

- Total Attendance Hours per Teacher
- Total Attendance Hours per Center
