## Parent Messaging

## 2-Step Verification

2-Step Verification adds a layer of security to your account by requiring at least 2 methods of authentication. Both Provider and Connect Portal users have the option to set up Verified Methods when enabling 2-Step Verification. These methods can be an authenticator app, a mobile phone number or an email address.

## School ID Filtering for TE Reports
SCW customers who use one Merchant ID for all centers can now filter the following TE reports by school ID. **Please note**: School ID is the same as the Center ID in SCW.

* Center Level reports
    * Batch Details by Date
    * ACH Returns and Declines
    * POS Transactions
* Corporate Level reports
    * Returns and Declines
    * POS Transactions
