MINOR CHANGES, FIXES & RESOLVED ISSUES

  • You can now calculate PTO or Sick Leave using a 30-hours-worked rate instead of the default 40-hours-worked calculation for Batch Post Accrued Benefits.
  • Miscellaneous Procare Desktop in-app links have been updated to direct users to the new support site. This allows users to easily access support articles from within the software.
  • Resolved an issue where some parents were receiving an error message when attempting to make a payment in MyProcare.
  • Resolved an issue where the Immunization/Requirement Due by Type Report always had the date range of "as of 3/5/2024" regardless of what date range the report is given.
  • Fixed an issue where children were being duplicated on the Child: Absent Child Summary report.
  • Fixed an issue where the Listen360 Extra was transmitting incorrect data.
  • Resolved an issue where the fingerprint reader driver could not be installed on Windows 11 computers.
