Minor Changes and Resolved Issues as of Jan. 28, 2026

  • Resolved an issue where some MyProcare payments did not post to the ledger if the web page was closed too soon after submitting a payment. Now, a "Please Wait" message appears, prompting parents to keep the page open until the payment is fully processed.
  • Fixed an issue where users could process a payment for 0.00 via POS, which would cause the screen to freeze. Now, zero-dollar payments cannot be processed.

Minor Changes and Resolved Issues as of Jan. 14, 2026

  • Updates to ensure 2026 Federal and State Tax Tables are available in the Payroll Formulas screen.
  • Fixed an issue where users were receiving a timeout error when attempting to retrieve data from the MyProcare report API when it took longer than 30 seconds to generate.
  • Resolved an issue where preferred payment methods were updated, then reverted back to the original methods; the status was incorrect, and the electronic agreement was no longer available to open.
  • Fixed an issue where some ledger entries for credit card processing fees were not automatically voided when a credit card batch payment was declined.
  • Resolved an issue where some canceled payments made via Scheduled Payments were not reflecting the unsuccessful status back to the ledgers.
  • Fixed an issue where some credit card batch transaction declines were not posting to family ledgers.
  • Resolved an issue where some payments posted to the ledger as $0 after processing True Up, and a subsequent declined payment was also posted, causing a ledger discrepancy.
  • Fixed an issue where some parents were unable to see Schedule on MyProcare.com.
  • Resolved an issue where the default comment for recurring payment methods was cleared if Save & Exit was not clicked before navigating to Manage Methods.
