Use the Audit button to view a history of all changes on a Ledger Card.
Getting There
Look Up the account and click the Ledger Card icon on the account toolbar (looks like a ledger sheet, next to the money bag).
On the Ledger Card screen click the Audit button.
Record of Changes
The Account Ledger Audit screen displays the history of any changes made to the ledger card for this account; for example, if the date, description, comment or amount was changed after the original entry had been posted. Note: Voided entries are not included.
Understanding the Audit Screen
Each item on the Account Ledger Audit screen has a Reference Number. Click plus sign next to the Reference Number to display any changes made to that entry.
The top line in the group (the line with the Reference Number) shows the entry as it is now. Lines indented below that show each change that was made including the Procare user who made/changed the entry. If an entry was changed multiple times the bottom line in the group represents the original entry.
Audit Report
For a complete list of changes made throughout all family accounts, go to Reports > Standard Reports > Family Accounting > Miscellaneous Ledger Activity > Account Ledger Audit Summary.
