Why are Dashboard counts different from ''Currently Checked In'' reports?
This can happen if a child is checked in at a time in the future. For example, it is 8:00 AM your time and the child was mistakenly checked in at 8:00 PM. The child will appear on the Children Currently Checked In reports with negative hours for the day; however, they will be excluded from the Dashboard count since they aren’t checked in at the present time.
