New Features & Enhancements

One-Time Debit/Credit Card Payments

You can now accept one-time payments where you can manually enter payment details for individual debit or credit card transactions. Learn More.

Minor Enhancements

  • Added “Lesson Category” as a filter option to the Weekly Plan > Add Lesson > Choose Lesson popup.
  • Added a confirmation message when an Authorized Pickup is added or edited.
  • Minor enhancements to the signature field when parents are requested to sign Incident Reports.
  • Minor enhancements made to the following screens:
    • Parent Connection > Daily Activity screen.
    • Documents > Request Sent table.
    • Leads > Tasks > Edit Task popup.
    • Tuition Owed section for Shared Services.
    • Student Sign-In > Absent > Mark Absent popup.
  • Added “Card Type” and “Transaction Type” to the Transactions Report and Detailed Transactions Breakdown Report.
  • Added an asterisk next to the Parent Email field on the Leads > New Lead to show this is a required field.
  • When selecting the Tax Statement from the student profile, “Parents” will now be the default in the Recipients drop-down field.

Resolved the following issues:

  • Attachments and photos were not attaching when sending newsletters.
  • The student address was missing the state and zip code when clicking Print from the student profile.
  • The Expiry Date was still displaying after being deleted from the Student Profile > Documents table.
  • Users were unable to download Incident Reports.
  • The Dashboard > Analytics section was not allowing users to select historical dates.
  • Parents received a payment confirmation email when their payment was unsuccessful.
  • Bulk meal activities were being edited when editing individual meal activities from the Daily Summary screen.
  • During the password reset process, after users entered their new password and clicked Continue, they were prompted to enter a new password repeatedly.
  • Some immunization dates were not being updated when the Enroll Date was edited on the student profile.
  • The Activity Feed was displaying multiple students when one student was selected in the Search Students drop-down.
  • Billing templates could be saved without a Plan Name. Plan Name is now a required field.
