When updating a parent's email address, it's important to note that:
The email address on the parent profile is used for center communications, such as newsletters, billing invoices, daily sheets, document requests, and more.
Changing the email on the parent profile does not change the parent's login email.
The login email remains the email address originally used to accept the invitation - if a parent needs to update their login email address, please contact Procare support via chat.
Parent Has Not Signed Up for Procare Account
If the parent has not signed up for a Procare account:
Navigate to My School > Students.
Select the child.
Scroll down to the Parent/Guardians section and locate the Email field.
Hover your mouse over the Email field and click the modify icon.

Edit the parent email address and click the checkmark to save.
Parent Has Signed Up for Procare Account
If the parent has signed up for a Procare account, please send a chat message to the Procare team with the parent's name and the email address that they would like to use.
