Change Staff or School Email

Update your school or staff email address

You can change the center's email address and any staff email addresses in a few quick steps.

Change School Email

  1. Navigate to School Settings > School Profile.
  2. Click Edit Profile.

    3.Make the necessary changes, and click Save Changes.

Change a Staff Member's Email:

  • If the staff member has already signed up for a Procare account, you will need to put in a request via the chat feature on the website for the Procare team to manually change the email address.
  • If the staff member has not already signed up for an account, navigate to Staff Management > Staff, click on the staff member's name, and edit the row with their email address.
