Change Staff or School Email

Change the School Email Address

Use the school email address for lead communications, newsletters and event invites.

  1. Go to School Settings > Settings > General Settings > Data.

  2. Click Enabled.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Update the email address.

  5. Click Save.

    Important

    Email addresses associated with recurring or past messages, such as Lead Automation and Scheduled Newsletters, must be updated manually.

Change the Site Director’s Email Address

  1. Go to School Settings > School Profile.

  2. Click Edit Profile.

  3. Update the email address.

  4. Click Save Changes.

    Update 2-Step Verification Method

    If the previous email address was used for 2-Step Verification, be sure to update the verification method in the staff member’s profile.

Change a Staff Member's Email Address

  • If a staff member has already signed up for a Procare account, you will need to put in a request via the chat feature on the website for the Procare team to manually change the email address.

  • If a staff member has not already signed up for an account:

    1. Go to Staff Management > Staff.

    2. Select the staff member.

    3. Click Edit edit icon on the Email row.

    4. Enter the staff member’s email address.

    5. Click Submit submit icon.

      Update 2-Step Verification Method

      If the previous email address was used for 2-Step Verification, be sure to update the verification method in the staff member’s profile.
