Hardware and Operating System Requirements for the Procare Child Care Mobile App
The Procare child care mobile app is available on multiple app stores, and can be downloaded on tablets or mobile phones for use by staff.
Starting March 11, 2025, photo upload and access will no longer be supported on app versions 5.8.x and older. Users on these outdated versions may experience issues with photo-related features and will need to update to the latest version to restore full functionality.

Important: The Procare Child Care mobile app will only distribute updates to mobile devices and tablets running Operating Systems supported by their manufacturer and are included in regular security updates. See: Supported Devices for a list of supported/unsupported devices.
