Tuition Owed

The Tuition Owed dashboard allows you to view the amount of tuition unpaid for the month as a percentage of the total amount invoiced to gain an insight into how effectively a center is able to collect fees that have been invoiced.

Full Enrollment

The Enrollment report will collect and archive enrollment data and provide monthly averages for room and center enrollment history. These additional insights can help centers recognize potential revenue growth opportunities for classes and age groups with high average enrollment and direct resources accordingly.

Accessing the Full Time Enrollment Report

Admins users with a corporate dashboard can see a visualization of their average monthly enrollment for all centers and rooms, along with a breakdown of capacity figures and percentages for each. This dashboard visualization can be found under Analytics > Business Metrics

For individual centers, the Enrollment report will be added to the Reports section so they can still download and view the report, as needed.
