Edit or Cancel a Recurring Plan

​Edit a Recurring Plan:

To edit the Item Description or Amount of a recurring plan, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Billing --> Recurring Plans.
  2. Click the ellipsis (...) on the line of the student/plan you wish to edit.
  3. Click "Edit Plan."
  4. You can change the Item Description and/or Amount (and the title if you wish) and click "Submit."

NOTE: If you need to change any other information like Billing Cycle or due dates, you will need to cancel the plan and create another (or use a template).

## Delete a Recurring Plan:

  1. Go to Billing --> Recurring Plans.
  2. Click on the ellipsis on the line of the student/plan you wish to delete.
  3. Choose "Cancel Plan."
  4. Confirm cancellation.

If you need to cancel the plans of multiple children at once, use our batch action feature.
