Navigation Changes

The Leads and Registration sections are now under Enrollment.

Use Leads for New Families Only

The Leads feature is for new families only; if a current family completes the form, it will create a duplicate student. For this reason, the Leads section is not a good fit for summer camps and enrichment programs. See Re-Registration for current students.

  1. If you need to make changes to your enrollment form, go to Enrollment > Configure.

  2. Click Edit edit icon.

Edit the Form

  1. If you want to make changes to the form without publishing it, click through the Student Info, Parent Information, Authorized Pickup Info and Policy & Waiver tabs.

  2. Click Save & Exit.

Edit Payment Information

  1. To make changes to the enrollment fee, click the Step 2 icon for Add Payment Method.

  2. Click Continue.

  3. Click Publish Form to save your changes.
