Navigation Changes

The Leads and Registration sections are now under Enrollment.

If you are consistently sending certain messages to potential families, you can create templates to quickly send these messages. For example, when an opening becomes available for a family on your waitlist and you typically send the same email message, this would be a good time to create a template.

Create a Template

  1. Go to Enrollment > Configure.

  2. Click Manage Templates.

  3. Click New Template.

  4. Select Email Template or SMS Template.

Email Templates

  • Use the Title field to create a subject line

  • The Reply To option allows you to change what email address parents/guardians can reply to

  • Enter the body of the email message and use the formatting options to change the font, use bullets, add pictures and more

  • Use preset shortcuts to automatically pull in details such as names and school information

SMS Templates

Enter the message for your template.

Note

SMS messages have a limit of 160 characters.

Click Save Template.

Edit a Template

Do one of the following to edit a template:

  • Click Template or the title of the template to view or edit the message

  • Click More Actions more icon to edit or delete the template

Use Your Templates

  1. After saving your template(s), go to Enrollment > Communication.

  2. Click New Message.

  3. Select New Email or New SMS.

  4. Click Choose from Template.

  5. Select a template to auto-populate the message with your template details.

  6. Click Choose to open the message editor with the selected template.

  7. Edit the message as needed.
